About Me
I am a sync music composer with experience writing for short films, animations, and game scores including working in Unreal Engine. I specialise in composing for dark fantasy, horror and action genres. I have also written for dramas and documentaries but will happily write for any genre.
The majority of my work has orchestral elements as I am more fluent in orchestral score writing. I have, however, completed several experimental pieces and often include electronic and foley audio in my work.
I like to work closely with the director to fully understand and experiment with their ideas so that the film, series, game or any sync project is at its full potential, and the story can be simultaneously told through the music and picture.

A Short History

Dominique Judd
DipHE in Music (film)
In 2021, I started at Guildhall School of Music and Drama on a violin performance course which I soon changed to film music, and in the summer of 2024 graduated with a Diploma in Music. I studied Music at A level with distinction, including art with distinction.
At 5 years old, I started playing violin and at 16 achieved a Grade 8 with distinction. Now, although I focus my time on music composition, I still use my violin experience to enhance my musicality.
Logic Pro and Sibelius are my preferred music composition softwares.
